Such a beautiful experience teaching yoga in an open-air space. 🌿✨

I was honored to be invited to lead this special yoga session, surrounded by fresh air, nature, and such wonderful energy.

There’s something truly special about practicing yoga outdoors — feeling more connected, present, and grounded. 🧘🏻‍♂️🌱

So grateful for the invitation and for everyone who joined and made this experience so memorable. 🤍

Until the next one… ✨ taken in Montreal, Quebec by @dd7yoga

Employee well-being starts with creating opportunities to pause, move, and recharge. 🧘‍♀️✨

For the past 5 years, we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming DD7 Yoga into our workplace, giving our employees the opportunity to step away, move, breathe, and reset during the workday.
What started with yoga has now grown into a broader corporate wellness offering, including yoga, mindfulness, sound healing, and team wellness experiences.

We’re grateful to Daniel and the DD7 Yoga team for bringing wellness into our workplace and look forward to continuing this journey together! 💛

Proud to introduce one of the newest products from DD7 Yoga — our very own DD7 Yoga Playing Cards.

This idea came to life with the help of @dariushcartoon , and after a lot of creativity and work, it’s now officially going into production. Each card features a different yoga pose, turning the deck into more than just a game — it’s a fun way to move, learn yoga, challenge yourself, and connect with others.

You’re gonna play, learn yoga, and have fun at the same time. 🧘‍♂️♠️

At DD7 Yoga, we always look for creative ways to make yoga more interactive, accessible, and memorable, and this product is a big step in that direction.

You can now place your orders for the DD7 Yoga Playing Cards.
• Free delivery in Montreal
• Shipping available outside Montreal (shipping fees apply)

Excited to see these decks in studios, homes, and yoga communities everywhere. 🙏 taken in DD7 Yoga by @dd7yoga

A lot of people tell me they don’t like yoga.

They want something more “active”. Something that feels like a workout.

I get it.

⸻

So I usually give them this example:

Imagine someone gives you something and tells you —
if you take it a few times a week, you’ll age slower, feel better, and live longer.

But the first time you try it… you don’t like the taste.

Do you stop taking it?

Of course not.

⸻

That’s exactly how I see yoga.

⸻

Yoga isn’t just a workout.

Even though styles like Power Yoga, Vinyasa and others can be very physically challenging,
a lot of people don’t even give it a chance —
just because of what they think yoga is.

⸻

It’s something that prepares your body for the long run.

Better balance.
Stronger support for your joints.
Less stress.
More awareness.
More focus in your daily life.

⸻

You might not connect with it right away.

But that doesn’t mean it’s not working.

⸻

Over time, your body thanks you for it.

⸻

That’s what yoga really is.

Not just something you enjoy in the moment —
something that changes how you live.

⸻

How many things are you avoiding
just because they don’t feel good at first? taken in Pierrefonds, Quebec by @dd7yoga
