The 2024 “Her POV” pad project came by with a lot of beautiful stories and people.
As usual, that story would be told here through pictures, videos and story highlights filled with appreciation.
We’ll leave these pictures here as references to the places this project reached in 2024. Which were Somanya, specifically, @rootzinternationalacademy and female prisons outside Accra (Nsawan and Akuse)
.
On this note, special appreciation to @pink.cloudsglobal and everyone who led us to Somanya. Thank you Raphael Richardo, and Rudolph. You’re all amazing people.
.
And great thanks to David Osei for his financial assistance to the foundation, to help acquire the re-usable pads.
.
And to Mr. Dominic who drove me all the way to Akuse. Thank you @Doreen.nn._ for linking us to both prisons, you’re God-sent.
.
Always a pleasure and God bless you @kay_lacares
.
Grateful to everyone else who donated and fervently supported this cause in one way/another, God bless y’all. by @dd__foundation

Praise God for the 2023 Pad Project. The support is sooooo appreciated!
@efyamelton educated the women on how to use/maintain the reusable pads.
My amazing people @michaelangelo1_2 @the_khan.18 @nj.irisss @theblvckgiant all came through to help with the distribution of the pads.
Ofc we had @_thekofidavid_ and @kofi_drizzy_ handling the media aspect, and made these slides possible.
We were wearing five Ts from @dd__foundation one in collaboration with @dehoo_d and one in collaboration with @michaelangelo1_2 by @dd__foundation

Her POV 2023: THE STREET/MARKET SIDE OUTREACH
(November 6, 2023)
Nothing in the world can compare to the feeling of actualising moments like this, where the universe stops. Where, there exists only the sounds of our heart beats, our smiles, and at the same time the immense drive to reach more.
The world will start to move again, their legs will walk them back to their shops at the market, their hands will take this little, but oh, I hope it helps. I hope their hands will receive bigger, and be able to someday give back to hands that may stand in the same lines as them now. #WAM #weallmatter
