the making of sun boy :,) I am filled with so much love and thankfulness writing this. after a year of looong studio sessions with @tim_drucker, who I would be lost without, Sun Boy is finally out and I’m so proud. thank you for believing in me. thanks to @stefanwardale for being a magician on keys and a great friend along the way, thank you to @jakewhiskin for seeing the potential in this song and lifting it even higher, thank you to @romytaylorr for helping me with bvs behind the scenes to make it sound so pretty and clean. you are an angel to work with. shoutout to @jakedcartwright too for doing a stellar mix and @black_bay_studio for the master!! I am a fan of everyone I get to work with. my tummy is so warm and I’m so glad I got my heart broke at 15.

opening @arc_stockton main stage for my hometown festival is a feeling I don’t think I can really explain. @thegatheringsounds was everything I’d hoped for and more. thank you to every single person in the room, i felt so seen. I got to share the lineup with some insanely talented people so thank you to @bakerlillivickstuff @jimmyjukebox77 for the opportunity, and to @tim_drucker who i get to do this with and couldn’t do it without. getting to perform is such a privilege and support and kindness and being present in one room goes such a long way in a world where it feels everyone is so shut off from eachother, so thank you <3

“It’s such a pinch me moment” 🙌

It’s an incredible story for what’s been quite the journey for @ddaisybrown to playing @thegatheringsounds after where she was the last time she was at a festival that was in Stockton 👏
