Amaury Beaufort makes the wine in Aube which is in southern Champagne bordering Burgandy. Amaury uses higher canopies in the vineyard that are dense which allows for improved ripeness, maturity and sugar levels. Minimal intervention with zero dosage. Vines were planted in 1971. A little over 6,000 bottles produced. by @ddalsen

Geat wines. The Muscadet is from 2019 from Lorie Valley in France. The Ochota Barrels Where's the Pope Syrah from Australia is light and fresh. Not what you think when you drink Syrah. taken in Square Wine Company by @ddalsen
