For years I held back on being my joyful self because people said you needed to be more serious to be taken seriously - especially as a woman in forefront ministry.

But I realise more than ever that “by their fruits you will know them”!

I’ve got peace and joy that makes no sense and I hope you all enjoy me sharing more of my happy self ❤️

THIS IS 35 ⭐

⚠️ Trigger Warning: Pregnancy Loss ⚠️

34 WAS HARD! Hard on my mind, Hard on my body and hard on my Spirit. God knew baby #5 had to come at the beginning of the toughest season of my life. Back to Back Hospital Appointments, surgeries, treatments all whilst looking after a a new born, home, building a new business and pushing in ministry - if that wasn’t enough, at the start of the year we had a pregnancy loss that I didn’t get to process because I was under brutal medical treatment followed by the loss of a loved one whilst finding out we were pregnancy again . . . Then in the midst of it all we suffered the loss of another pregnancy

This time I didn’t bounce back as quickly- the joy I had been carrying all throughout was dwindling and I BROKE DOWN
Not publicly …. In fact nobody knew
I tried to carry on but the weight of grief gripped me and choked me. Then one day I heard the Lord say “raise me an alter” I didn’t know what that would look like or mean (i will talk about it when I’m released to) but I did I obeyed and found the joy of my salvation give me strength in all areas - including my health!

So in a spontaneous moment I booked a break for my birthday and usually I say I need a break and don’t take the break because “I have soo much to do. . . “
But I went!

To my husband @mr_coeriel who God knew I needed in every season. This year wasn’t just tough on me we have stood together like never before because you chose to hold and cover me not knowing how to BUT YOU DID and I can’t thank you enough.

To my closest that have covered me in check-ins and prayers THANK YOU!

And so 35 is personal
ITS ALL OR NOTHING
ITS GOD OR GOD
I WILL WIN OR I WILL WIN
