The ALL NEW @forceusafitness M20 has landed and this is not your normal 3x3 rack.

Completely redesigned from the ground up, the M20 follows the same Cornerstone Design as it's little brother the M10 built into an 11 gauge 3x3 steel frame.

Still comes with signature ForceUSA articulating handles with Flow Mode option
Has an upgradeable 50 lbs stack to max you at 250 lbs
And it still has the 1:1 and 2:1 Dual Lock function to maximize full use of the weight stack
The walk thru option allow you to bench press on one side and switch to the other side for cable action.

Stay tuned. We have alot more coming up. by @ddfitnessus

One thing I have been working on is increasing my strength. 2 of my favorite things to do are rack pulls and trap.

Pulling 340 for 3

Looking to increase my volume to 400 before year end.

Trap bar used:

First time doing some grip training rack pulls with the @meddling_monkey_gymco 50mm axle bar and with @echostrengthdepot rack taking the abuse and still running. Pulling 252 was challenging and great!

@meddling_monkey_gymco offers various colors for axle bars with rotating sleeves and has an array of bars, weights, KB and so much more!

Order using DDFIT512 to save on your next order.

When something doesn't exist, create.

I've been working closely with @evolpow on ways to improve their 3x3 lever arms. I have abused these in so many ways and they continue to work past their intended purpose. These lever arms have been a great asset to our gym and we want to show how truly versatile lever arms can be.

Here we did a hack to set these lever arms up in a fixed path for divergence and convergence lat pulls and chest press.

Yes these can be achieved in the free motion setup but a fixed path allow the focus more on the movement for hypertrophy training.

Using attachments from @rormanstrength megalith or wholly handles or even custom 3D printed handles from @kpexhomegymlab just allows for great versatility and ideas that are not limited.

What can you create?

@evolpow lever arms are $349 for thr 3x3 and $249 for the 2x2, but use our code DANNYDAVIS to save 5%
