A sold-out room. Great energy. Even better conversations. ✨

KC Daya and Daniela DeGasperis had the pleasure of hosting the Clifton Blake Private Forum Luncheon, bringing together an incredible group of professionals for a conversation around The Wealth Building Strategies of Private Clients.

Both KC and Daniela talked about something we believe strongly at DDM: building wealth is only one part of the equation. The real opportunity comes from looking at the whole picture — investments, tax strategy, corporate structure, retirement, risk, estate planning and family — and making sure all the pieces are working together.

What made the afternoon especially rewarding was the engagement in the room. Thoughtful questions, meaningful conversations and so many new connections.

We’ve had the privilege of getting to know our client, Toronto realtor @agentinto Lani Stern, and one thing stands out: his curiosity.

Lani doesn’t settle for surface-level answers. He asks thoughtful questions, challenges assumptions and wants to understand how things work. It’s how he’s earned respect as a realtor, and one of the many reasons we enjoy working with him so much.

At just 37, he already understands something many successful entrepreneurs don’t discover until much later: if you want tomorrow to be better than today, you have to start thinking ahead today.
