🦅Oh Georgia Southern— the best 4-5.5 years of your life

I was worried there for a moment haha! But today is officially my last day of college!!! This summer has been crazy. My last day of my internship with SRMC was also today so a lot of ends to chapters today but so excited for the new ones! Up next: starting YL staff with @akn.ylc and becoming THE Mrs. Wood!!! AHHHHHH 🎉

RIP my favorite mug. I ordered an exact replica but it will never be you. 💚🦖

October is a hard month for me. The semester sets in life sets in. The anxiety of the future and what’s to come. As well as the grieving over anniversaries of the hurt that has happened in previous Octobers. Big markers in my life, good and bad, fall in this month.

October this year has been a month of healing. A month to remember that yes there is anxiety but what a joy that hardships can bring. What a Father we have to remind us (me) that He is still here in the valleys.

I used to dread this month. I feel the air start to chill and the fear of remembering starts to trickle in. But this time was different. I was able to enjoy the fall and Halloween things again. And the only thing I can think that gave me healing was truly The Lord.

So thank you Heavenly Father for bringing me back to your feet. There’s no other to have the glory. Thank you for turning my mourning into dancing.

Here’s to many more Octobers. Here’s to giving Jesus the good and the bad.

Thankful to God for my ministry team, my friends, buying 20,000 pool noodles, getting to fully enjoy the busy load that I have this semester. The little things. The struggles that pull me back to the feet of Jesus. That’s life y’all. Cheers to a beautiful September. by @ddogdaisy
