I found a lot of cool sights in my latest chapters of life that I’d like to share with y’all. I’ve been appreciating these moments that feel so isolated and calm, like I’m popping in and out of the eye of a hurricane while the storm moves around me. Everything is so peaceful and beautiful when you remove everything but the moment. I had an amazing time at each of these events that I happened to capture. Just a moment that I honestly feel like shouldn’t have even been documented, but the idea of sharing my sights with my friends and family always makes it worthwhile, so I do it anyways. Even if it’s not original, even though the world keeps spinning, just for one moment at a time, it feels like everything stops for me to capture these frames, and I’ll absolutely take that every single time. by @ddones2

Did quite a bit of fishing over the latter half of this year, and it was all pretty cool. Did I catch much fish? No. Was I deterred to go fishing by that at all? I ought to whoop you for even asking such a silly question. I feel blessed by the opportunities I’ve been given to do such a chill activity with my goated homies. There’s still fishing to be done, but for right this particular second I’m very happy with the adventures that were had. Thanks to all the great people that took me fishing, and thanks to the fish for letting me into their property uninvited. by @ddones2

I hate leaving home. It always breaks my heart having to get away from the place I’m the most comfortable, where my oldest friends stay, and where my family is, especially my mom. I sobbed my eyes out having to leave everything and drive six miserable hours to Bozeman, but my life goals require me to be here. Luckily, I have a pretty comfortable life and really dope people to hang with while I study at university. That being said, I can’t wait for my next break and getting to see my family again. I love and miss everybody at home, I love all my Bozeman peeps, and either way I’m excited to be wherever. Remember that every moment is a gift, and I treasure every gift I get with you all. Usually the winter seasonal depression hits in October, but I’ve yet to experience it this year. Everything is so different but in a good way. I’ve been doing a lot of stressing these past few weeks, but I don’t really mind it because I’m stressing for the things I love. When I get breaks from the stressing I feel extremely liberated. I have better things to try and maintain like my life with my friends and just being able to be an adult on my own (not really though because my mama makes sure it’s never like that❤️). I’m prideful in the work I’ve gotten done this semester, I feel like I’ve made some good art that I can be proud of, and life overall, even if I have to stress every now and then, is good. I love everybody, and I hope everybody has some peace to bask in at the end of the day.

I find lately that love is in the air. Not the typical romance we’re used to, (though I believe that’s there too) but the simple enjoyment of something so much that the only word to describe what you have for it is love. Everything in the world is so beautiful to me. I’ve really been enjoying my walks to classes. Admiring the beauty of nature and the simplicity of life seems to be all I can do as of late. I love the ground I walk on, the chances I’ve been given, the people I’ve met. Maybe not every moment is the greatest, but those moments are the best they can be. I love everyone and everything that’s been a part of my life, and will be a part of my life. Thank you for everything, and everything to come. When I look back on it, I love everything that has happened to me in my life. There has been plenty bad, but there couldn’t have been a bad if there wasn’t a greater than or equal to good to compare it to. I feel like, in my case, that I have been on the good side of life most of the time, and even when I had to be on the bad side, I loved every single second of living my life. I love feeling the breath enter my lungs and leave my chest, as I clear my mind. It’s an amazing time we have on this planet, and I may say a lot of things about hating people, but the truth is that I have love for every person I’ve ever met, and I’m glad to be where I am. If you’re reading this, I love you, and if you’ve been a part of my life in any way, please keep being a part of it. Thank you. by @ddones2
