I am so happy that I built up the confidence to step in front of the camera again! I had the help of my gorgeous and super talented girlfriend @chiwalli .
I have a love hate relationship with being on this side of the camera. I do it to remind myself how it feels to have a lens in your face, how it feels to be directed and what that looks like on camera afterwards!

With that being said; it is not that scary after the first 15 clicks, so book your session with me and get ready to fall in love with yourself!

Another Super 8 Wedding in the books. I’m not crying YOU are ! 🥹🥲💕 I don’t typically photograph weddings but I will always offer to be a Super 8 videographer ! Any occasion is the right one to document on film reels. Would you like to be shot on film video ?? I shot this on an original @canonusaprovideo super 8 camera #super8 #super8wedding #countrywedding #nostalgia #vintageweddingvideo taken in Murrieta, California by @ddp_studios

That feeling you get when doing a session, the light is hitting perfectly, your subject is feeling themselves, the nature is all of the right colors …..ahhhhhhhh! Working with a crowd favorite like @the.gio.experience makes this a recipe for some kick ass shots. She looked so amazing in my jacket I absolutely had to gift it to her after the session. Stunning 🔮

A beautiful day with the most incredible people. There was so much love, laughter and a couple whose passion for each other was something tangible; you could just feel it. #Super8 #canonsuper8 #filmreel #gothicwedding taken in Long Beach, California by @ddp_studios

Wandering into the forest with our glittering hair strands and my camera was so much fun. Working with @the.gio.experience is always a creative journey, she always brings something fun and spontaneous to the table. This day I tried something new, a different shooting style as well as a more whimsical and glowy imperfect editing technique. Growing with my clients has to be the biggest highlight of being a photographer. I get so see them come back, with new ideas, better inspiration and all the same laughs! Thanks again for trusting me with your vision @igog_1 ! #80sedits #patmcgrath #editorialphotographer #editorials #portrait taken in Heart Rock Trail by @ddp_studios

Emma was one of the first models to come into the studio and trust me when I had NO IDEA WHAT I WAS DOING. She allowed me to make mistakes, try again and we would always come out of our sessions equally excited. I seriously would never had the confidence to try new things if it weren’t for her. She is a real life model who knows all of the poses and that matters! I just wanted to say thank you @emmashawnreid for all of your support. Please reach out next time you are in town ! #californiamodel #missioninn #riversidephotographer taken in The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa by @ddp_studios

Listen, I spent a long time being my own worst enemy, but look at the material! 💅✨ I went into this session absolutely terrified and hating on myself, but we’re doing the work EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. It wasn’t some “poof, I’m cured” magic trick, but these photos? They changed the literal chemistry of my brain. Honestly, give me two more shoots and I’m going to be legally required to stop looking at myself because the obsession is getting DANGEROUS. Catch me being my own biggest fan becauseI earned it! 💕💋

Thank you @westbeacon_pictures for helping me with these !

These girls are just amazing ethereal queens of golden hour! I can’t thank you all enough for trusting me when I told you we would be climbing up a huge hill, and then getting up on top of a ladder at the top of said hill on a super windy day! @jdidanceco ALWAYS is a session I heavily look forward to every year. The girls are the sweetest and alway trust my vision, even when it turns into a cross fit session haha. Thank you again , can’t wait for the grads of 2026 !! taken in Canyon Hills, Lake Elsinore by @ddp_studios
