Tag a friend who needs a new program. This new program took me a few months to get right, as now it completes the Forever Program in a sense. Download it on the “side quest” tab of the Candito Forever Program and run it either after the 5 RM phase, or after the 3 RM phase for optimal results. But you can just run it as is for an 8 week peak too. Good luck! #canditoforeverprogram

How strong you are or how jacked you are always matters. The fitness industry is never objective totally (nor should it be since many ideas will never be properly studied for years to come). Therefore everyone must turn in their natty receipts. Agree or disagree? #canditoforeverprogram

You are allowed to do 6-8 set sessions in 2026. Believe it or not. And the example I referred to midway was based on a real YouTube video I watched recently. There are good reasons for low volume, but also the meta is pushed too far when really really bad reasons slip in too. #TheMiddleWay #Powerlifting #Powerliftingprogram

A 315 bench is a valid hedge against liftlation. And is still cool in the big 2026. True or false?

Ray Williams ( @optimusprime_334 ) first 1000 pound squat will always be the greatest powerlifting moment in history. At least until someone hits a true 500 kg. Could prime Ray have squatted 500 kg if it was loaded up? #squat #powerlifting #ipf #canditoforeverprogram

Benching once every 8 days on my current split has been very enjoyable. 315 x 6 with grip at the start of the knurling. Getting strong enough with pure BB work to consider a run at 405 lbs regular grip at 200 lbs? Maybe. I’ll only do if I can with absolutely 0 singles though! 315 regular grip for 10+ is the next target 🎯 #CanditoTrainingHQ #canditoforeverprogram

General strength is an evasive term. There’s a thousand ways to look at it, but if you had to pick just 3 lifts to define an overall strong human, these are my 3 picks. Someone with the close grip strength of 2017 @brettgibbz, the weighted pull up strength of @theswolefessor and the seated DB overhead press power of @joeyawalashaw — Those 3 lifts are impossible to cheat, big ROM, yet also stable enough to avoid any pussyfooting. What’s your list? #canditotraininghq
