Sipping tea ☕️ while we spill some 👀... Blessed to get to spend the afternoon with the BKR ladies outside of the studio.

The very first BKR 2-Day Summer Intensive is officially in the books. ✨

This experience was created for women 30+ who were either returning to dance after years away or taking their very first steps into the studio. Over two days, these incredible women completed 8 hours of training in ballet, jazz, and hip-hop—while pushing themselves through choreography retention, building confidence, and embracing the culture and community that make dance so special.

Watching each of you show up, trust the process, and allow me to challenge you was an honor. You reminded yourselves that it’s never too late to begin again.

I’m beyond proud of every woman who said “yes” to herself this weekend.

Congratulations to US and This is only the beginning.

Here’s to creating even more unforgettable experiences in 2026.

Thank You @exit33dance for the beautiful space!

Had so much fun pulling these #Coachella looks to together.

Love a diy moment. I dyed and sequined the purple look and made the beaded bra from day 2.
