It is impossible to say how first the idea entered my brain; but once conceived, it haunted me day and night. Object there was none. Passion there was none. I loved the old man. He had never wronged me. He had never given me insult. For his gold I had no desire. I think it was his eye! yes, it was this! One of his eyes resembled that of a vulture — a pale blue eye, with a film over it. Whenever it fell upon me, my blood ran cold; and so by degrees — very gradually — I made up my mind to take the life of the old man, and thus rid myself of the eye forever.

KALI YUGA

these photos were taken over a year ago as a concept for this album, a reflection of living in a world of flames & chaos and the pursuit of what is authentic, true and keeping spirit alive
the album is something that has been created/recreated, restarted and abandoned and transformed many times over the course of the 2 years i left “society” to live in a bus. it has been crazy, hard, raw, and beautiful. but it gave me endless inspiration for the creativity i feel finally able to bring to fruition since being back in colorado and finding stability at the chrysalis.

there are so many people and places who have so deeply changed me along the way
much gratitude to everyone who helped me in my hardware and production journey, DIY is never easy but it is always worth it, thank you to my old friend who took these photos, we don’t speak anymore but i honor you and i love you, I love all of you, it’s an impossible time living in the Kali Yuga, we have all drank the poison, i forgive you. the simplest acts of love and the connections we make despite it all are so incredibly meaningful and beautiful and i’ll never forget any of you who have been with me on this journey.
