wild that this was already 3 years ago today. we were in completely different places physically and mentally. so much growth has happened in both of our careers, fitness, mental health and as life partners. we’ve accepted more and more responsibility in our home and personal lives and its honestly been really sick to see things fall into place and take more opportunities and enjoy all the moments in between. i know they say your wedding day is the best day of your life but i think every day that i can continue waking up next to you is the best day of mine. by @deadleg_danny

RUN CLUB IS HERE.

Aerobic activity meets accountability meets absolute awesomeness.. What more could you possibly want on a Tuesday night?

All runs will be led by Coach Danny — all you have to do is show up. Feel free to bring a buddy, the more the merrier!

We’ll meet at the gym every Tuesday at 5:30pm, warm up together, and hit the pavement. All levels are welcome!

We’ll see you there 🔥 taken in Long Beach, California by @deadleg_danny

another year married, another trip to our favorite place.
@deadleg_danny just knows how to capture it all. there’s something grounding about keeping the rituals that hold you steady at home.. taking the therapy call, moving the body, carving out time without the usual pull of work or obligations.
It’s like keeping those things that keep you centered at home, and being able to appreciate them in a quieter place.
