Another year around the sun with this wonderful, beautiful, amazing, smart (and smart-ass 😅), loving, caring, gentle, impressive, supportive, compassionate, devoted, dependable, selfless, encouraging, confident, warm, radiant, and treasured wife of mine.

I couldn’t and wouldn’t ask for a better partner in this thing we call life. Everything we’ve accomplished together not only makes me proud…it makes me happy asf, if I’m being completely honest, but also optimistic about our forever future together.

I love you, my love, and HAPPY MF ANNIVERSARY!

🧘‍♂️Mental Clarity is something that’s been big on my mind lately. The feeling of being able to slow everything down, cut through the noise, and actually hear yourself think.

No overthinking. No second guessing. Just alignment between your thoughts, your actions, and who you really are.

That kind of clarity doesn’t come from doing more… it comes from letting go of what doesn’t serve you.

And I’m learning that peace isn’t found , it’s created. 🦾

Happy Reset Sunday MFS! 🔄✨
And happy birthday to a young shiner! 🎂✨

I’m beyond grateful for everything, every friend, family member, and those who became family along the way ❤️

This year has been special. Real growth. The kind I didn’t even think was possible a few years ago. 📈
It’s crazy what happens when you truly lock in and put your mind to something.

One thing I’ve learned, recognizing your growth and being proud of your accomplishments matters. We ALL deserve that. 🙌
For a long time, I didn’t give myself any credit… but something shifted this past year.

I finally realized: what you work hard for is worth being proud of, even without validation from others. 💯

I’m learning to love the life I live, and to keep growing alongside the people I love most ❤️‍🔥

✨Happy Reset Sundays MFS✨

👉 Let’s start the week of right! Get ya meal preps done, go to the gym, take a walk (if you can), journal, brainstorm ideas for the next week, read a book, watch some hoops, show love to whomever, and most importantly….THANK GOD FN 🙏

👉 Got to spend some time with my boys from Jersey and thought, why not take flicks in front the @chase_center !
