“Tattooing’s Guide to Symbolism: Cor Mysterium Volume 1” by Mike Rubendall & Matt Beckerich. 2016 Neversleep hardcover, 419 pages.

(VG)

Really rare, beautiful tattoo art book that doesn’t seem to come up much, only found a few that have been listed in the last few years. Some amazing work in this big ass book. Covers and edges have some scuffing but that’s about it. Great shape otherwise, no markings, no binding issues. DM to buy!

“The Utilization of Sensory Deprivation Procedures For Increasing Hypnotic Susceptibility” by Raymond A. Sanders Jr. 1967 self-published hardcover thesis for Michigan State University, 95 pages.

(VG)

A thesis from a PH. D. student at Michigan State University on sensory deprivation and hypnotic susceptibility. 5 copies were bound. Hardcovers have some scuffing but otherwise clean. No markings, no binding issues. Includes an extra copy of the abstract. Not sure what to price this one at really yet, so go ahead and make me an offer for this pretty cool unique book!

(I have 2 of the 5 copies btw, 2nd copy has a few more scratches on the hardcovers, otherwise in the same condition)

“Nam June Paik Global Groove 2004” by Nam June Paik. 2004 Deutsche Guggenheim paperback, unpaginated.

(VG-)

English version. Front cover has a long vertical scratch, and both sides have some other smaller scratches and scuffs. Very small split near the gutter on the first page (see 2nd picture). Nice shape other than that, pages are unmarked, binding has no issues. Small dot of pen on the fore-edge. DM to buy!

“Dolly” by Judith Mahoney Pasternak. 1998 Metrobooks hardcover, 120 pages.

(VG-)

Dust jacket has edge-wear, some creasing, and a tanning/discoloration rectangle left over from an old price-tag on the front (see last picture). Back has a bit more scratching and scuffing. Otherwise, contents are in good shape with no markings, no binding issues. Clean hardcovers. DM to buy!

“The Secret Teachings of All Ages” aka “An Encyclopedic Outline of Masonic, Hermetic, Qabbalistic and Rosicrucian Symbolical Philosophy” Manly P Hall. 1977 The Philosophical Research Society Inc hardcover.

(VG)

Awesome large 13” x 9” 1977 Facsimile of the original, much bigger than modern reprints. So many beautiful illustrations, including at least one foldout. There’s two name stamps and two pencil markings (name and a price) on the front blank pages. No other markings, a nice copy otherwise. No binding issues, clean contents, light edge-wear and scuffing on the covers. Minor corner bumps. Dm to buy!

“A Storm of Wings” by M. John Harrison. 1980 Sphere paperback, 185 pages.

(GOOD)

UK Sphere cover 1980...kinda reminds me of Bondage Fairies 😂. Edges, covers, and the first few pages at the front and back of book have foxing. Occasionally there’s a random small stain in the text of the novel but for the most part contents are in good shape with unmarked pages. Creased spine, but solid binding. Covers have creasing and scratching. DM to buy!

“Public Prosecution”, “Penal Code” & “The Money Laundering Law” by Sultanate of Oman. 2000s Sultanate of Oman hardcovers.

(VG-)

Not sure what to price this at really, so make me an offer! Three books describing crimes and punishments in Oman. Cannot find any information on these out there, not a single copy or even proof of their existence online. Published sometime in the early 2000s, one book says 2002, one is possibly 1999. Text is in both English and Arabic. The only real issue is some scuffing on the velvet hardcovers and the Penal Code book has a small split on the right edge. Otherwise all books are in good shape with unmarked pages. A little bit of staple splitting on the binding but nothing is loose, books flip just fine. DM to buy!

“By Way of Deception: The Making and Unmaking of a Mossad Office” by Victor Ostrovsky & Claire Hoy. 1990 St Martin’s Press hardcover, 369 pages.

(GOOD/EX-LIBRARY)

Mossad tell-all that’s gotten harder to get. An ex-library copy with some library stamps on the end pages and top and bottom edges, and a library mylar job and a few stickers on the dust jacket. Little bit of pencil on the front blank page, otherwise no other markings, the text of the book is clean. A few creased page corners. No binding issues aside from the spine having a slight lean. DJ looks to be in good shape under the mylar. Back has a good amount of scuffing but it looks to be on the mylar rather than the jacket. DM to buy!

“The Foxfire Book” by Elliot Wigginton. 1972 Anchor Books paperback, 384 pages.

(VG-)

Classic survival/homesteading/proto-prepper book in good shape. Usually find these with binding issues. Some creasing and tanning on/around the spine, a couple small stains on the back. Slight glue leaks from the gutter at the beginning of the book but no other binding flaws. Pages are unmarked, contents are in nice shape. DM to buy!
