I am so incredibly proud to announce that it has officially been one month… without closing a deal 🥂

Real estate will humble you quick! But this season is teaching me patience, resilience, consistency, and how to keep showing up even when the results haven’t caught up to the work yet.

No deal doesn’t mean no progress. I’m still planting seeds, building relationships, marketing, and preparing for what’s coming.

So cheers to the month with no closings… because I have a feeling the next announcement is going to look a lot different. Very soon I’m going to be helping someone secure some keys 🏡🔑

10+ YEARS OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP TAUGHT ME THIS…

I’ve relied solely on my businesses to make a living for over a decade. No matter how much social media glamorizes entrepreneurship, staying in business takes faith, consistency, discipline, and resilience.

Here are 10 things that helped me:

1. STAY CONSISTENT.
Show up when you make $10,000. Show up when you make $0. Show up even when nobody supports you.

2. BELIEVE IN YOUR VISION.
The vision was given to YOU. Stop expecting everyone else to understand it.

3. NEVER STOP LEARNING.
Business and technology are constantly changing. Adapt or get left behind.

4. PROMOTE YOURSELF.
Twenty no’s can lead you to the one yes that changes everything.

5. SHARPEN YOUR SKILLS.
Never get too comfortable. Growth requires you to keep getting better.

6. MARKET TO EVERYBODY.
Everybody is supporting somebody. Why shouldn’t it be you? And if they don’t need you, they may know someone who does.

7. INVEST IN YOURSELF.
Scared money doesn’t make money. If you won’t invest in your vision, who will?

8. CELEBRATE EVERY WIN.
Small progress is still progress. Give yourself credit for how far you’ve come.

9. GIVE YOURSELF GRACE.
You won’t always get it right. Learn, adjust, and keep going.

10. KNOW THAT NOBODY CAN DO IT LIKE YOU.
A million people can do what you do. Someone can even copy your entire blueprint—but they can’t duplicate YOU.

Your story. Your personality. Your experiences. Your gifts. Your purpose.

Don’t focus so much on who’s doing what you do that you forget nobody can do it the way YOU do it.

Keep showing up. Keep learning. Keep believing. Keep building. 🤎
