Saying goodbye to these two wasn’t easy .My heart wanted to run with them but knowing they have each other and the rest of their travel team makes me so happy .

Happy 20th Birthday to our Kai ❤️We are so proud of the young man you have become .Going through the terror toddler years and then the teenage years that involved many broken bones and trips to the hospital

What a magical morning honouring our beautiful Karlie with all the mamas and boys.
Life can throw curve balls but this one was a big one that has rippled shock and grief throughout our community.
Karlie you were such a beautiful soul and the most incredible devoted mother.You have taught your boys to be loyal to be kind and to be strong which they are showing so much of right now.You would be so proud of them 🙏
There is an army of Mummas wrapping their arms around them right now and will continue to do so as we know you would have done for any of us
As the sun rose this morning we could feel your warmth and light entering us all.You certainly were filled with so much light

It was difficult to peel ourselves away from our first part of our trip to Costa Rica.
Pavones what a magical place to land.✨🌈
A place where time doesn’t matter.
We surfed ,rode horses ,swam in tide pools ,watched magical sunsets and moon rises ,went snorkeling ,ate nourishing food,met wonderful people had ice baths and siestas daily.
Our beautiful friends Raz and @miettagornall took such great care of us at @casagnudi
Our hearts feel full and our bodies and souls feel nourished
