I did my first ever open mic night, and what a blast! Pushing myself outside my comfort zone and getting comfortable being uncomfortable.

It was a great night of amazing talent and lots of support in the room.

Thank you to @kimberleymelodies and @c_a94 for a great evening!

I took my Dad for a day out to shoot some clay pigeons. My very first time shooting any kind of gun, but this was a lot of fun! I took 50 shots and hit 48 out of 50 of the clay pigeons. Beginners luck I think, but it felt good!

I may be going back to the shooting range soon!

Time moved by, I healed and got stronger, and forgot why I closed that door. I reopened it with forgiveness and optimism. Then I was reminded of why that door was slammed shut in the first place.

The version of me that was wounded will be respected and acknowledged. The door will be remaining firmly closed.

Thank you to all of you who came to celebrate a milestone of this renovation and break bread with me! This was the first BBQ/house party in this house, and hopefully plenty more in the future.

We had good food, drinks, friends, laughter, beer pong, firepit, music, singing, dancing, big screen to watch the England win, oh and hoop toss on a dildo (obvs).

Thank the tech God's for the robot hoover helping me clean up too.
