Got to run around Aintree Racecourse today.
Aintree 5k ✅

Not the time I wanted. Had planned sub 30 minutes but after being ill most of last week and not even seeing the gym, I’ll take it. Still turned up and boxed it off. We’ll move on and continue the running progression.

That’s now a 10K and 5K done this year, huge progression from starting this journey in February.

I’ll say it again but huge kudos to @_tyler_spence for getting me to this position, much appreciated mate.

A week since the Tatton Park 10K 🏃‍♂️💪

A few months ago I’d never even run a 5K — and honestly wasn’t sure I could. Fast forward to now and I’ve got my first 10K under my belt.

Just shows what putting in the grind, staying consistent and doing the hard work can achieve. 💪🔥

Massive thanks to my coach Tyler for pushing me, keeping me accountable and always giving me something to work towards. He challenged me to go sub-65 minutes for the 10K… challenge accepted! 🎯👊

And we’re not stopping there… 5K planned for the end of September, followed by another 10K just a week later! 😅🏃‍♂️

Time to keep putting the work in and see where it takes me. On to the next ones! 🔥
