Another trip around the sun has me reflecting on the things life has quietly taught me. Not the loud lessons, but the ones that slowly settle into your heart and change the way you see everything.

Five things I know for sure:
1. Happiness isn’t something you wait for. It’s something you build in the small, ordinary moments. Protect your peace, laugh often, and don’t take the simple joys for granted.
2. Your health is the foundation for everything. When your body and mind are well, the whole world feels more open. Take care of yourself like someone you truly love.
3. The people in your life are the real treasures. Friends who show up, family who stand beside you, love that feels safe and genuine. Those connections are what make life meaningful.
4. Say yes to adventures whenever you can. The road trips, the sunsets, the places you’ve never been, the stories you collect along the way. Those are the memories that stay with you forever.
5. Life is unbelievably short and beautifully fragile. Don’t postpone joy. Don’t wait for the “right time.” Love big, live fully, and soak in every moment you’re lucky enough to have.
