The plan was simple

Convince the love of my life to come picnicking with me, so we could spend some quality time alone together and pick up where we left off on the novel we were reading

At least that was what she thought
What she didn’t know, was that I had an entirely different plan laid out. Instead of the book we had picked out to read, I had made/written her a book filled with different chapters of our journey together - with pictures commemorating the stories of each chapter.

The book told our story. Our long distance relationship - the beautiful, yet painful daily experience we consistently chose each other through. I ended her book on a blank page - an unwritten chapter left for us to tell a new story that begins with a question.

Safe to say…BEST PLAN EVER!!!
