We’re building a student-led mental health organization around one idea: connection before crisis.

Today, we celebrate 988 day by raising awareness for the Suicide & Crisis lifeline and mental health support.

Help is always available, regardless of the scenario. Whether you’re struggling, helping a friend, or just need someone to talk to, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Now, Tigers have another resource right here on campus. Dear You, a mental health outreach organization has just launched on campus, connecting our community with mental health resources, support, and the reminder that you are never alone.

Tigers, call your people. Check-in, listen, and if you need help, ask for it. 💛
