Started converting some old video tapes from back in the day. Here's proof that I used to be somewhat of an athlete and not just a chubby powerlifter lol.

I thought squats were affecting my deads quite a bit (last week I only managed 560 for 2), but it turns out I was just being a wimp. Been wanting to rep 700 for a while now, but the stars just never aligned.

Decided to give my 20 year-ish old some new life. Threw in some EMGs and Gotoh locking tuners and it feels like a whole new guitar.

Been saying that I've had squatting figured out for the past 5 years with little to show for it. A 20lbs PR on a random Thursday indicates that this may finally be the truth lol.
