This is my first time knitting a @sari_n_ pattern. This is #acornpullover, and I am using mostly winterburn DK. The lace pattern is easier than it looks. I am not sure I can finish before Rhinebeck, but this sure beats worrying about the tree damage. #rhinebecksweater #stripes #seeaterweather by @deb_milstein

It has always been about color for me. In painting, fashion, costume design, styling and knitting. It’s manipulating the colors. Combining them in interesting ways. Noticing how light and fiber content change the colors and saturation. The way the colors interact. Now that I passed the PMP exam, I am looking forward to diving into this book and immersing myself in the history of pigment. by @deb_milstein

This was going to be stash yarn project, but I ended up having to order more yarn in the middle. I took advantage of the snowy weekend to relearn brioche. I’m hoping to finish in time for Vogue Knitting NYC, but I have my doubts. I’m going to love wearing my #eyeballshawl . by @deb_milstein

Sometimes, even with Knit Companion, I lose track of where I am in a pattern and have to rip back. Especially if it is a lace pattern with right and wrong side lace. It’s all part of the process. This is the #juneberrytriangle shawl. I didn’t bring the ball bands, so I cannot tell you about the yarn. #knittinginpublic by @deb_milstein
