God, prepare my heart, my mind, my body, and my soul for this next season of my life. Whatever You have for me, help me be ready to receive it.

I’m thankful for where I’ve been, grateful for where I am, and excited about where I’m going.

Happy 40th birthday to me. 🥂✨

I know this next chapter of my life will be everything my heart desires.

I’ve spent so much of my life pouring into everyone else loving, supporting, showing up, giving, and making sure the people I love are okay. And I don’t regret any of it.

But at 40, I realize I owe that same love, care, patience, effort, and dedication to myself.

This chapter is about me pouring back into ME. Choosing me. Loving me. Showing up for me.
