I made this for a competition to win a signed CD but it’s too long. Took me courage to make this so enjoy! @thedualers thank you for an amazing album! It’s my favourite album. Lots of love 💚💚 xx by @debbie24uk

This chippy tea deserves a permanent post. @wychallfishbar did a very generous random act of kindness which included giving me mushy peas and 2 for 1 deals. Mom and I are so grateful for this. And I tried to make a scallop burger. Which was delicious but didn’t have all the salad. I don’t like halloumi but would love to swap for a scallop. Thanks Antony & Co. We love you guys. #bestchipshop #birninghamchipshop #chippytea #love by @debbie24uk

I’ve now lost 3stone 2lbs. This mornings weight is possibly the lowest I’ve been for many years. Sadly I lost the weight being really poorly with food intolerances. So it’s a fresh start for me and I’m still keeping a food diary for now. #weightloss #3stone2lbsloss following #paulmckenna #icanmakeyouthin by @debbie24uk
