Where Have All The Good Men Gone? The EP out now ✨✨

Last year I split my time between the studio & the road, performing & working on a project. I was showing up to the studio & writing about love & dancing which I know we need more of now more than ever - but I was spending my nights tossing & turning from nightmares, worrying about the safety & future of my family & friends. Everything seemed to be on fire & the flames only kept getting higher.

It became increasingly difficult to function as though the world was the same one I knew as a child, I know many of you feel this way as well. The awful things I was seeing on the news everyday weren’t just events happening on distant shores, they were & are deeply personal things that affect people I know & love. And “if one of us is hurting, aren’t we all in pain?”

So I paused to write what was in my heart; the fears & hopelessness, the feelings of betrayal from people we were supposed to trust…I’m going to be sharing these feelings with you in an EP, these songs were born out of anger & grief but I didn’t want to write them from a place of defeat. I want these songs to move people, not just on the dance floor, but also to action.

Good people seem hard to come by these days, but I believe that if we each try to be the good we’re so desperately looking for we just might have a chance

My EP Where Have All The Good Men Gone? will be coming out on 6/26 and the title track drops tonight ❤️

I think they come to life when I’m not looking I could set up some cameras so I can catch them but I’d rather work on building trust so they feel comfortable to show themselves to me

Once I had a dream it was really windy outside and I got blown away by the wind 🌬️🍃
