Some moments don’t happen by chance. They’re found in the silence beneath the surface. 🌊🐟

A moment from my client’s freediving experience in the heart of the Balicasag jackfish school.

The floating centipede exercise is one of the best exercises for helping us feel more comfortable in the water, especially when getting used to breathing through a mask and snorkel and learning to float without fins.

A little late for his birthday, but never too late to make a memory. 🌊🤿💙

Gave my cousin a little underwater adventure as his belated birthday gift. No wrapping paper, just the ocean and a memory to keep. 🐠
