Back in London after such an incredible week in Paris 🤍

Straight back to my clients, my massages, my routine… and it feels so good to be home

Some people have such a lovely way of making you feel special. Had a little moment like that today, and it really made me smile

Beautiful sunshine and a boat ride back to Battersea… honestly, I love these little moments of my day. And I love what I do so much

London today and tomorrow, then Brussels. Still lots of work ahead, but feeling very grateful for all of it 🤍

Teaching lymphatic drainage always reminds me why I chose this profession. 🤍

As women, we’re surrounded by messages about how we should look. Every day, there’s a new aesthetic procedure, a new promise, another part of our bodies we’re encouraged to change. It can feel like there’s always something to improve.

That’s why I find so much meaning in working with my hands, bringing beauty and care together, with health and wellbeing at the heart of what I do.

And something I want to say, especially after what I’ve been reading here in the UK: lymphatic drainage is not a trend. It’s an established technique with a long history of care. I’m so happy to see it finding its place here and receiving more attention, and I hope that attention brings a deeper understanding of its benefits.

With my clients, I get to share a moment of care in what is often a very full day. I love seeing them feel lighter, more comfortable in their bodies and happy to have taken that time for themselves.

Lymphatic drainage can help ease swelling caused by fluid build-up and bring a sense of lightness. Receiving a massage can also offer time to relax, ease everyday stress and enjoy being looked after.

Time to lie down, breathe and soften a little. To receive some of the care we spend so much of our lives giving to others.

As an instructor, this is what I love sharing with my students alongside the technique: an understanding of the body, care in every movement and respect for the person placing their trust in your hands.

There’s a beautiful purpose in this work. Helping someone feel good about what she sees in the mirror, while also caring about how she feels within herself.

Little moments for yourself 💛

Somewhere between work, messages and everything else, it’s easy to get to the end of the day and realise you haven’t had a minute to yourself. I know that feeling very well 🫶🏼

So, a few little reminders for you. And for me too:

💧 Keep yourself hydrated throughout the day. Keep water nearby and take regular breaks to drink.

📱 Put your phone down for a bit. You don’t have to fill every spare minute with scrolling.

🌿 Go for a walk. Even a short one, just to get some air and look around.

🤍 Check in with your body. Relax your shoulders, unclench your jaw, have a stretch. How are you actually feeling today?

✨ Make a little time for something you enjoy. A massage, a slow breakfast, a quiet coffee. Something just for you.
