"Run your way!" ❣️ Each of us is individual in our own way. It doesn't matter how you move, as long as you do it with joy. I can hardly put into words how incredibly happy I am that a Paralympic wheelchair athlete is in a @newbalance campaign for the first time. This represents a milestone in the history of para athletics! 💫 This dream - that people like me can also be ambassadors for a global brand like New Balance - is still very rare in today's society. How often has the fact that I sit and cannot stand been the decisive problem in being able to present a clothing brand. A few years ago I was very lucky to come into contact with @teamnbswitzerland . A few years later my long-held dream has come true: that para athletes are part of a global campaign. Because @newbalance includes everyone. Because we are all unique. I am infinitely grateful to New Balance for this campaign. When I was a child, I had a clear idea of ​​where I should be by age 31: married, with children, and a house. This idea was certainly influenced by our society, which constantly confrontes us with these "ideals." What did I achieve of it? None of it. Did I fail? I don't think so. I learned that it's important to follow your own path, and that this path is exactly the right one. There is no right or wrong path. I am incredibly grateful for the privileged and wonderful life I get to live! For all those who sometimes have the same doubts: your life is perfect just the way it is! . 6 races. 5 wins. 🥳 A world record over 200m! The closest race of my life, with a difference of 0.002 seconds between @jessicalewisbda and me in the 100m. What an unforgettable #Parathletics 2026 in Nottwil it has been!
