I found these chairs on vacation at a side of the road church sale in Northern Michigan on the second day of the sale. Paid $25 for the pair!

I don't know what my plans are for these.. but my first challenge is getting them back to Florida 😂

The seller let me know they were her grandmother's from the 1960s. They're called a Mid Century Modern James Mont King Cole Style Bentwood Arm Chair. They have been sold for over $300 each! I'm so glad I didn't leave them there.

Thanks for looking! by @debtfreejoe

Unbelievable Stephen King find. This sale isn't because I'm super knowledgeable about books. Paid $1

I get so many tips from all the great resellers I follow! So many of you are amazingly resourcefuI and knowledgeable. I heard someone talking about looking closer at books and DVDs so I made it my mission to be better about it.. and this happened.

Don't leave money out there! Keep your eyes peeled. #rarebookgang by @debtfreejoe

Hit my snooze button twice this morning! Still managed to get out and find some good cards.

I've had people tell me, No wonder I can't find Pokémon cards you buy them all.. no.. I just always ask 😂

I do make a point to be polite and not interrupt the seller when asking and thank them for their time. There's nothing I hate more than the pushy video game dude who literally RUNS from his car. Don't be that guy.

It was a #TMNT kinda day! Funny that I missed these figures at a sale and still ended up getting these two weeks later on the other side of town. Hope you had a good day searching for sales! by @debtfreejoe

We're really doing it to ourselves at this point 😂 .. but we gotta keep it interesting.

We all know we just want the inventory out the door! Stay strong. Maybe by the year 2057 eBay will join other selling platforms in having best offer be prepaid. We'll see.

I bought this in a large game lot. Average cost per game was around $12. It was still partially sealed so I knew it would sell, but I needed to find the right buyer because the seal was damaged.

I ended up taking a best offer, but I was happy because there was no other sold listings for a sealed copy. This is one of my best game flips so far. 🙏 Thanks for looking!

Vintage Dungeons and Dragons campaigns can go for hundreds to thousands of dollars. Even something as simple as the dice from the sets have crazy value.

Right now, Wizards of the Coast and it's fanbase from D&D are currently in a struggle for intellectual property ownership and the ability to produce fan made content for the games. The community is NOT happy with WOTC.

Basically Wizards of the Coast is now making it so creators can no longer make their own D&D content or games and profit off of their creations as they once did with an open game license.

If you see books or games related to or published by Gary Gygax or Dave Arnison.. odds are you're onto something! TSR (before WOTC got their slimeball hands on it) made awesome stuff! Fans buy it up. by @debtfreejoe

What a way to round out my birthday!

My GI Joe investment is paying off. I got these from a local gentleman off Craigslist. Paid the negotiated price of $300, and spent hours sorting, cleaning, photographing and listing the toys.

Generally, I'm not nearly as familiar with 12" GI Joe as I am the 1982-2000s 3.75" GI Joe. I went with my gut based on a few factors:

1. This dude kept his toys organized. Many had all the original parts. This is key when buying old toys.
2. He had bins and bins of parts saved, even broken parts. These can still be valuable if original.
3. He offered to throw in some 3.75" GI Joe vehicles that I knew off hand would be $$$ back in my pocket.
4. These were from 1960-1979, and my loose ebay searches turned up buyers still love purchasing these for their collection.

That said, if you see something that seems like a good deal, use the knowledge you already have and try to make an educated decision so you don't lose the deal. Luckily my gamble paid off and I'm making a fair profit on this buy!
