Malta shone with the greatness of world bodybuilding! 🇲🇹🏆

The overall winner were:
MEN’S PHYSIQUE OVERALL
67 Curtis Taylor

WOMEN’S BODYFITNESS OVERALL
48 Lynn Strasser

WOMEN’S BIKINI OVERALL
76 Elena Dimitrov

Between crystal-clear waters, golden fortress walls steeped in history, and the incomparable magic of the Mediterranean, the island of Malta became the global epicenter of fitness and bodybuilding last weekend with the staging of the prestigious Mr. Universe Malta.

It was a simply dazzling sporting spectacle. Top-tier athletes representing more than 30 countries gathered on stage to deliver a show filled with excitement, passion, and pure adrenaline from start to finish. Furthermore, we had the honor of welcoming President Santonja, who presented awards and joined us throughout the entire event.

Our most heartfelt congratulations to all the athletes for their incredible performances, as well as to the president of the federation and IFBB General secretary, Ralph Decelis, and his fantastic organizing team. Their hard work, dedication, and professionalism made an impeccable and unforgettable event possible!

Show #2 ✅: Classic Bodybuilding, 68kg weight cap, last Saturday 3rd Oct.

Huge thanks to my coach, prep team and support system:
me, myself and I 😆

Every meal, every session, every check in and the endless hours of cardio, self coached all the way. loved the whole process, not just the stage.

Main show in April up next. Excited to bring an even better package.

I’m so proud to have placed 1st in the IFBB Children’s Fitness Nationals, becoming National Champion for the third consecutive time! 🥇🇲🇹🏆

Three titles, countless hours of training, and so much dedication.

Many people say it’s just a game, a pastime or something fun to do, but it’s so much more than that. It takes real discipline, commitment and passion. ❤️

Thank you mostly to my mum and dad for every training session, every encouraging word and all your support. This medal is for us all. ❤️

A huge thank you to the IFBB Malta Federation, mainly Ralph Decelis, for the opportunity, and to my coach Igor Matyushenko for believing in me and guiding me every step of the way. 🫶🏼

And now I’m honoured to be representing MALTA at the IFBB European Championships in Children Fitness, taking place in Poland this November! 🇵🇱🇲🇹 Wearing the Maltese flag is something I’ll never take for granted.🏆🇲🇹 by @decelisralph

MALTA GRAND PRIX — 1st PLACE 🥇 | IFBB PRO CARD 🏆
MR. UNIVERSE MALTA — 1st PLACE 🥇 | IFBB PRO CARD 🏆

Grazie a @decelisralph e a @ifbb_malta 🔝
