17 Miles right into 300 Pairs of socks handed out on the streets in the Lower East Side to New Yorkers in need.

Our first drop off of the @sweetfeet.nyc No Cold Feet campaign today where every single pair we sell we match and donate directly to @bowerymission

Today after only 2 weeks into the campaign we have surpassed 650 pairs. One less New Yorker looking for a fresh, warm, new pair of Sweetfeets this winter. Updated and tracked live daily on our site.

17 miles today.

17th release tomorrow.

This was a fun one, excited for y’all to feel em.

The Performance V2 sock has quickly become our best seller, this one took me about 2+ years and 7 different iterations to get it just where we want it. Lucky number 7.

I’m happy to see it featured in @menshealthmag getting the credit it deserves, allowing runners and athletes that care about performance to simply perform better for longer…

Sunday Service in New York City.

Prepping for my run across New York State this November. This will certainly be the largest physical feat I’ve put myself thru.

I’ve run 6 marathons, sub 3 hr Marathon, trained and fought to win a USAB boxing match, and plenty more but none will chalk up to this.

The next 11 weeks I’ll be putting my body and mind thru the ultimate test.

Physically I’m coming off an adductor injury and managing mileage load. Mentally - I’m good, really good. I’m back doing things I love because I love to do them. Running, eating right, working hard, being present, showing up.

Stacking little wins every single day, you gotta show up to be in a position to win. Sometimes that’s the hardest pat though. We let yesterday inhibit what we’re capable of today.

Bad day you got tomorrow.

Bad week you get the month.

Bad month you get the rest of the year.

Back pounding the pavement.

On November 3rd I’ll begin The New York Project. My 300+ Mile run across the state of New York for Mental Health Awareness.

With such an incredible platform and community we went back and forth over fundraising for our cause.

But the message and ask is simple, check in on your people.

Check in on your homies that smile the most, that are the first to crack a joke when they come in the room, ask them how they’re doing, and then ask them how they are really doing?

If I can do something tremendous for myself and my mental health through my personal previous struggle, hopefully this can inspire you to do the smallest of tasks for yourself in yours.
