We were encouraged today as we met with the recipients of the Unify Dayton Fund. Each partner shared testimonies of the impact that they are making, and were reminded that good things are happening across the Miami Valley! We are grateful for each of these ministries and their faithfulness to the work and people that God has called them to.

Please join us in praying for each of them as they continue their work of love and service. We are thankful to partner with Miami Valley Leadership Foundation in this process, and to Kettering Health for providing the funding and support!

Keep Trotwood Beautiful — Citywide Clean Up

On Saturday, October 17, from 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m., churches, residents, community organizations, and the City of Trotwood will come together for the Keep Trotwood Beautiful Citywide Cleanup! This church-led effort will mobilize volunteers across all four wards to pick up litter, remove debris, and help beautify neighborhoods throughout Trotwood. Each ward will have a host site serving as a central gathering location where volunteers can check in, receive cleanup supplies, and be directed to areas throughout the community.

Following the cleanup, volunteers from all four wards are invited to come together for a Community After Party from 12:00–1:00 p.m. at the Trotwood Community & Cultural Arts Center.

The first Declare Dayton event was 10 years ago today. It is humbling reflecting on that original vision to see UD Arena filled because Jesus is worth it and especially meaningful that we were back there again this May!

We had no idea what we were doing and made plenty of mistakes along the way--but God has been faithful. 10 years later, we are still helping churches worship and serve together to declare God's glory.

Thank you to everyone who has made this journey possible. We have learned over and over again that this isn't up to us--we can truly trust in the Lord and simply do our part as we join in His vision for a united Church.

We look forward to seeing what God has in the days and years to come. We trust He will continue to prove Himself faithful. To God be all the glory! taken in University of Dayton Arena by @declaremovement

Today, we pause. 25 years ago today our nation was struck by something unimaginable. Every single person that was alive then has a story to tell about that day. For some of you, this day may bring up a lot of feelings and trauma. We pray you can feel peace over your heart, mind and body today. Jesus, be near to the broken hearted and those that are struggling today. ♥️ by @declaremovement
