Last night I made a return trip to the stunningly gorgeous Lyceum Theatre to see @ohmaryplay with @fieldtrip_nyc, hosted by @mparkerbyrd. Despite @megsstalter being out due to illness (hope you feel better soon, queen!), I refuse to be one of those people who won’t see an understudy or standby. I’m thrilled to report that @babymcgoo ensured I got my money’s worth, delivering a delightfully unhinged Mary Todd Lincoln. Likewise, her understudy, @hellojacks, was so charming and funny as Mary’s Chaperone. Don’t sleep on the understudies and standbys, y’all!
