We are excited to announce that we officially received our 501(c)(3) nonprofit status!

So what is Declyn’s Dream?

Declyn’s Dream is an organization dedicated to creating an inclusive and equitable world for children with physical and intellectual disabilities. This cause is obviously something that is near and dear to our hearts and we are so excited to finally put our plan into motion! We have already started working with local community leaders and organizations to create inclusive play and learning environments for children with physical, functional, and intellectual disabilities.

Please follow our page and stay tuned as we introduce you to Declyn, our family, and our friends that inspired our mission. Plus updates and information about playground progress, community initiatives, donors and supporters, and more!

There are truly no words to express our gratitude.

To the incredible graduating class of Leadership Lawrence County, thank you for choosing Declyn’s Dream as the recipient of your class project and for pouring so much time, energy, and heart into making this such an incredible success.

Because of your support, we are one step closer to building a space where every child feels welcomed, included, and able to play.

We hope each of you knows the difference you’ve made in the lives of so many families in our community.

This is what inclusion looks like.

No announcements. No special attention. No making a child feel different.

She simply walked over, asked her name, and invited her into the fun.

It was such a simple gesture, but this moment will stay with me forever.

Every child deserves to feel seen, welcomed, and included.

Declyn’s Dream works with local community organizations and leaders to create inclusive play and learning environments for children with physical, functional, and intellectual disabilities. Funds raised through this event directly support our mission of building inclusive and accessible playgrounds where every child can play, learn, and belong.💛

With a reverse raffle twist, tickets are eliminated one by one until the last ticket remaining wins. And the best part? Every ticket sold increases the grand prize, making this event as exciting as it is impactful.✨

All donations will support City Church and the Children’s Advocacy Center of Lawrence County. If you’d like to give, please drop off new, unwrapped toys at any of the locations listed above!

Declyn’s Dream is hosting a Reverse Raffle! All proceeds from the event will benefit the inclusive playground at Shenango Park.

Thursday, May 15th, 6:00pm @ The Lake Club in Youngstown, Ohio

Come and spend an evening with us for a fantastic cause!

Each ticket includes dinner, plus one entry into the raffle. Enjoy our cash bar and outside cigar bar throughout the evening. In addition to the main raffle, there will be a 50/50 drawing, a silent auction, a basket raffle, and much more!
Tickets are available to be purchased individually or by the table.
