Meet Bebé Citrouille — our cheeky little gourdling sprite that lives in Marsh Island! She’s also the star of my first ever trading card that I’ve made and I feel extra proud 🥹

Additionally, I’m starting a snail mail club where you can snag one of these cuties! I’ve decided to call them Sugar Sprites and theyre all unique to Louisiana 🫶🏼 by @decora.lynn

After like 2 years and many obsessive-compulsive spirals, this piece is finally complete!

I wanted to create something that paid homage to the magic and beauty of the southern Louisiana swamplands. After many layers of acrylic paint, airdry clay, terrarium foliage, beads & nail decos, rhinestones, and epoxy ... this gorgeous piece of work is finally done.

Created with a mix of new, upcycled, and reused materials.

She’s got texture; she’s got sparkle; she is the moment. by @decora.lynn

Howdy, howdy! I've been gone a while and I'm doing things a little different now, so I felt I should officially reintroduce myself and my page!

Pink Fairy Moon Beaded Choker!

The adjustable chain is made with recycled iron. I know iron tarnishes but I can never give up my love for its distinct strength.

I made the crescent moon with pink glitter hot glue and some little gold star nail decals! Hot glue seems scary for charms, but it’s surprisingly heat resistant. It starts to melt at around 215-230 degrees (Fahrenheit bc I’m a filthy American). Also I sealed the charm itself with several coats of glossy acrylic varnish so you can clean it and it’s also water resistantttt

And then the charm alone wasn’t enough for me so ofc I had to add a little silver heart charm dangling from the tip; and I added a little dangling pink glass bead in each of those as well.

The beads are all glass, pearl, and rhinestone so this is def one of the more “fancy” necklaces I’ve made. by @decora.lynn

I lost my login to this account forever ago and finally found it to get back in 💀

Anyhoozles, here’s one of the horror book cover and movie poster keychains I FINALLY finished after a year long burnout.

What do you think? I actually really love paying homage to cover art through making it wearable 🩷 by @decora.lynn

A multimedia piece I’m working on right now!

My vision is like a bird’s eye view of a piece of wetlands!

I’ve got the background down, molded the rocks and snakes from clay and attached them, and finished painting the rocks!

Now I just gotta ….
Finish the snakes
Add the foliage
Add the water
Finish with Acrylic

I’m thinking of making the water from clear silicone and blue-green mica! I would do acrylic but I really don’t think I have enough for anything besides the finish 💀

I also think the silicone will add another texture to the piece and I’m OBSESSED with different textures by @decora.lynn

So for about 4-5 years I collected My Little Pony figures. After undergrad, and moving like ten million times, I thought I lost em all.

Nope! All my old collections were just in my dad’s shed 🙃

MLP will always have a place in my heart, but I think these adorable figures deserve a new chapter - a new use & home!

Anyway here is Spike (turned Swamp Dragon Necklace) from the 2013 Funko My Little Pony mini mystery box! by @decora.lynn

Just finished this set of wetland hair clips for the Cajun Creatures collection at @sugarcloudcollective.co

I did NOT realize how long these would take 💀

I cut green leather into the alligator hair clip shape and sewed in terrarium flora pieces and a variety of beads!

My idea was to make a wearable little marshy landscape that captures the variety of textures, colors, and visuals in our Louisiana wetlands!
