Today marks two years since I released ‘ calling the clock’ a song I wrote on my piano about feeling so lost, I had no idea it would even leave my laptop. Nearly 33 k views later , no 11 on the alternative charts in Germany, iTunes playlist, local news articles ..I couldn’t believe I got to work with the legendary Alan wilder who taught me so much about looking at the finer details of my vocals and the music itself. I’m so proud of this song. And I hope that it connected with anyone that felt a little lonely . Happy birthday boo x

Still Sober - the first song I ever wrote, the song that got me my publishing deal, the song I still hold dear to me. I wrote still sober based on an idea from Amy winehouse, it was actually a visual from her song Stronger than me - it stuck and I based the entire lyrics around this two second visual. Since getting my masters back I’ve been releasing my older songs to the world and I couldn’t leave this one still sitting around so . From my vault to your ears . My next single is a song so dear to my heart. Most of you know I have had a battle with anxiety and so I wrote a song to her. When I was in the thick of it I couldnt see a way out. It had gone from worrying to full blown agoraphobia, social anxiety, constant panic attacks, memory fog and dissociation disorder. As I started to heal I started to remember who I was , what I liked what I didn’t and recognize myself again. Now mostly recovered I barely recognise who I was back then but my journey hasn’t been easy and nor is anyone else’s . It’s a cruel behavioural disorder that makes you look inwards a lot, in a way it’s very selfish and I’m so glad I made my way out of the dark times . If anyone reading this is going through it..I promise you. It does get better
