feels absolutely surreal to be posting this but… I wrote a book and it’s coming out in a few months time!!! it’s called:

❤️‍🔥 IT’S NOT LOVE, ACTUALLY ❤️‍🔥

and it’s all about encouraging women to stop settling for shitty relationships and embrace the life and love they deserve.

I spent most of my early dating life trying to be the ‘cool’ girl. shrinking myself, settling for low-effort guys and feeling like I was too much. if you can relate (or know someone who does) this book is for you. it’s the dating bible i wish I had growing up. there’s lots of vulnerable personal stories, research, expert advice and hard truths unpacking how the patriarchy has shaped our expectations around love, sex and relationships, so we can finally unlearn all that bullshit.

massive thank you to everyone who came to celebrate the launch of my substack @thenochillgirl and to @russhmagazine for this thoughtful write up ❤️‍🔥✨

The No Chill Girl started as a podcast and meme page 10 years ago where I shoved microphones in boys faces and asked them why they ghosted me. And I’m so excited to bring it back to life but doing what I love most: writing.
