omarlifecoach: Repost
The Connect IRL art session with (Dee Perez) was all about identity and expression. He took each participant’s name and showed them how to transform it using different graffiti and tagging techniques. What started as simple letters quickly turned into bold, creative reflections of who they are. This activity wasn’t just about learning an art style — it was about giving our young people a new way to see themselves, build confidence, and express their individuality through color, shape, and style. Give your child the chance to learn about themselves and connect with peers.

I wanted to write a song that represented all the things we liked and the things we did together. I wanted to put key elements that only we know about and talk about. To see if she could tell, I wrote this song for her. The song is actually longer than this.I just decided to cut it short cause I was anxious To hear what it would sound like. Once the song was done I decided to make a video. With random (B) role that I had shot throughout the years. This was a last minute passion project for me. I Have talent, but i'm not a songwriter and i'm not a music video producer. I'm just a guy trying to make memories with my kid.
I'm grateful for anyone who took the time to watch the entire video. Hopefully they leave me a comment and A like. 🙏❤️

Kicking off Art Basel at the Hive this week! Here is what we did last year with @verizon and we’ll be back this Miami Art Week from Dec 4–7. We’ll be at @HIVEWynwood inside the Wynwood Marketplace where there will be multiple art activations, music, food, drinks, vendors, and more fun experiences to kick-off Basel!

I’ll be there with my team @projectroadmap.io representing Verizon all 4 days inside the @wynwood_marketplace. Come hang out with us at the Verizon lounge while we paint a mural on a large shipping container and host a paint-by-numbers canvas activation where you’ll be able to paint with us! See you in Miami! 🙌✨

Shout out to our team:

This video is courtesy of Jeff @jsir11 — you can even hear him behind the camera having a great time 🎥😄
The vibration of the music makes you want to move — every push on those skates is a workout and pure joy at the same time. I’m super grateful for this place. It’s brought me new friends… and reconnected me with old ones too.
On this day, [ 305 Sk8 ] hooked me up with my shirt, so of course I had to represent 💪🛼
Happy to be part of the fam — Thanks guys! 🙏❤️

Art is Healing, Paint, Smiles, and Community Vibes at Coral Square Mall @coralsquare 💪🎨🧑‍🎨

Neighbors came together to bring Project Roadmap Murals to life, guided by artists @rocsolmiami & @dee_ffc1 sharing this with kids and community was truly something special 👨🏼‍🎨👨🏼‍🎨

Painting by Numbers Brush by brush, the “Welcome to Coral Square” and “Everything Under The Sun” murals became a vibrant snapshot of Coral Springs energy ☀️🌼🌳

Painting isn’t just about making something beautiful.
It’s a way to move energy within you and around you 🖌️🎨🧑‍🎨

The alignment was undeniable when I arrived, I will always remember the boy who was at check in he said “Pick the color you want to paint with from your heart” 🫶🥰

I picked the color green, which ended up being number 4. Four is my number this year, as I just turned 44. Green has always been one of my favorite colors, and my section turned out to be painting the trees. As a Virgo and a true tree lover it was so aligned 🌳💚 and when I was done I picked up yellow which was the number 5 and painted in the flowers 🌼✨

It also brought me back full circle in high school,
I won an art award for an oil painting of Brad Pitt, but never pursued art further. Spending the afternoon painting with the community and the kids was so therapeutic and filled my heart with joy 🥰🫶

✨ Next time you’re at the Coral Square mall, check out the mural at the north entrance near the food court.

Representing @onesir As your Local Agent, I love giving back and sharing meaningful community events with you. Stay tuned for more upcoming murals and future collaborations 🤗

Art washes away the dust of everyday life, Remember to leave love and kindness everywhere you go 🫶

Painting is more than quiet time.
It's a period of safety for your nervous system 🖌️👏✨

Let’s bring a mural into your home or office 🎨🖌️🫟👩‍🎨

Having a team isn't always just about the work you produce; it's about the time and effort you invest together to get the job done. Many people focus solely on the results and overlook the journey it took to reach the final outcome. Difficult times can strengthen a team and reveal true character in the face of adversity. In the eye of the storm, you can create beautiful things with the help of others while also finding a way to make it your own for everyone to enjoy. Our Paint by Numbers activation for Super Bowl LIX at Verizon’s Fan Fest was a huge hit! Everyone had a great time contributing to the canvas mural we created. They all received a limited edition custom painted tote bag as a giveaway for participating and it was an amazing experience! Thank you to @verizon @hardrockstadium and the @miamidolphins for having us! Can’t wait to make more experiences like this. Huge thank you to our team for always killing it and shout out to Miami Beat Wave for this fire beat for the Super Bowl 🔥
