In honor of Teacher Appreciation Week. I'll never forget 5 years ago when Apple Fried Apple Inc was birthed🍎🍟🍎 Lol A simple mispronunciation of my org led to a whole movement. As an educator, this has definitely been one of my biggest highlights. Bringing joy to the kids and getting them interested in attending college, HBCU's, and wanting to become members of fraternities/sororities one day. Cheers to all the educators making a positive impact. And the Apples are coming👀🍎🍟🍎😎 #teachers #teacherappreciationweek #educator #applefriedapple #reels by @dee_holt

This was the last moment I got with one my fav students before they left. This is the part as educators where you really appreciate leaving our mark and impact on kids. But really enjoyed this moment and reading📚. And yeah almost shedded a real one🥹🥲lol

YALL… BEETROOT JUICE IS THE CHEAT CODE !🍠💪🏾This has become my go-to healthy juice mix (also eliminates the "dirt" taste🤣)
— 🍠 Beetroot juice
— 🍍 Pineapple juice
— 🥥 Coconut water
— 🍋 Lemon juice
Beetroot is packed with natural nitrates that support blood flow, circulation & exercise endurance. Also helps with healthy blood pressure and how efficiently your body uses oxygen during workouts.
Great option before a workout or anytime you want a natural boost of energy and endurance💪🏾🙂‍↔️🔥IYKYK. #reels #menshealth #explorepage #fyp #foryou by @dee_holt
