After months of planning, recipe testing, and refining ideas, I’m excited to introduce something new. As I am moving away pretty soon🤫 I am genuinely focused on impact and making a statement before I do. Through everything I’ve been taught at Francis Tuttle and thru an ensemble of talented chefs around me who’ve helped shape and mold me to get me here over the course of the last 3 years.

Sunday Table by Chef Shields

A chef-driven ghost kitchen built around rotating weekly specials, globally inspired dishes, and the kind of meals that bring people together.

No set cuisine. No permanent menu.
Just thoughtfully crafted dishes inspired by flavors from around the world and made with the care of a chef’s table experience.

Every week, you may find a limited menu featuring comfort food, elevated classics, and international influences all available for pickup and eventually delivery.

This is a love letter from me, to great food, shared tables, and the excitement of trying something new.

🚨 TWO NEW FLAVORS JUST DROPPED 🚨

Y’all asked for summer flavors, so I listened. 😎 We’ve got Peach Cobbler cinnamon rolls, reflective of the upcoming Juneteenth holiday. I also did a community poll, Banana Pudding Rolls vs Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls , and Blueberry cheesecake cinnamon rolls came out on top! I recipe tested these for a whole week and they are….. well, Chefs Kiss🤌🏾

DISCLAIMER: I’m doing these ones a bit different than my traditional sales because they are a little elevated 🙂‍↕️ They are a minimum of TWO per purchase order this time instead of four, but you may get as many as you’d like after the minimum is met😁

We’re doing a Juneteenth popup!🎊 To commemorate the occasion and holiday, we put together a menu that is reflective of the culture Juneteenth stands for and all it represents, but w a fun twist! my back hurts and my hands are rough, but hand rolling these for ya’ll and shelling them out in large quantities has been an honor. and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. I recipe tested these for 5 long months at FT before I perfected them🥹I can’t believe how many of these I’ve sold! I’m blessed and abundantly grateful!

my dear Brittanie,

I am having so much trouble accepting the fact that you are gone. your transition to heaven has shaken me and the ones closest to you to the core. it has left us broken, destitute, barren, confused and angry. While I am finding comfort in knowing you are at peace and free of this pain you were endure of, i still selfishly mourn the life we shared here on this earth. You were a light to so many people. a gem of pure white starlight. You were so sure of yourself at such a young age. You saw a vision of what you wanted your life to be and you were relentless in your pursuit to achieve it. You were boundless. driven. poised. exceptional. you were an uncommonly loyal and true friend. you were a present daughter to a father and mother who cherished you more than life itself. you were a sister your little brothers could look up to; and just when i thought you couldn’t be anymore impressive, you embarked on your most precious journey yet, Motherhood. as i watched you shape and mold the life you created here on this earth i couldn’t have been more proud. Ashton will be loved and protected here in your stead. i know that you can rest knowing he has a family on both sides that will love him unconditionally, while they help commandeer his growth. He will remember his mother always and her legacy—one of love, good virtue, compassion, and truth. i will NEVER be the same again. it’s truly unbelievable. you were my roll dawg. and we kept rollin till the wheels fell off. you served so many purposes in my life and accepted me without question in lieu of all of my faults, with all of my craziness; you were there. a phenomenal woman you were. you fought the toughest battle but in the end God needed you near him. and may He bless you and keep you always. i will NEVER forsake your memory. as you enter into the kingdom that The Lord has promised us, i smile because i know that I will see you again one sweet day. and God will smile upon that day. So, until that day comes when we meet again my dearest sweet friend, fly high. fly as high as you can, angel. soar. i love you so much. i miss you so much. so much. so so much. rest in peace.
