How to cut your tall cake! 👇🏻
Most cake makers will bake layers of approximately 1”… and most cake makers will cringe when they see you cut a huge triangle out of the side 🫣
For perfect cake serves, cut one entire side off your cake, lay it on the side of the box or onto a chopping board, and cut into rectangles, then smaller rectangles based on serving size. Repeat for the rest of the cake. Easy to count and the cake/icing ratio will always be bang on. You’re welcome. by @deecups.bakingco

If I was as good at making cakes as @katelyn_slyer_photos is at taking photos of cakes I wouldn’t need a day job 😍 by @deecups.bakingco

I blinked and now I have a 3 year old 🥲 I managed to save the @hello.cakers toppers from his party but poor Lightning now has a Sunny sized bite taken out of his roof 😂 by @deecups.bakingco

When your mum is the cake lady, obviously the pressure is on. For my Cars obsessed big boy! Still reeling at the fact I have an almost 3 year old 🥲 Happy almost birthday Sunny Kahu, my world is infinitely brighter with you in it. Toppers are obviously @hello.cakers who once again has blown my mind with her talent! And custom card stock topper is from the lovely @nml_inspired. Thank you for helping my vision come to life ladies 🥰 by @deecups.bakingco
