Wellness truly is a journey… a marathon, not a sprint. 💪✨

As I rolled into 2026, I started noticing some of the symptoms of perimenopause creeping in… including the magical extra 10 lbs that suddenly appeared on the scale. 😅 Instead of getting discouraged, I chose to go back to the basics — looking honestly at my goals, habits, nutrition, movement, and mindset.

That’s why I’m so grateful for our challenges and community. The accountability, support, and tools around nutrient support and healthy nutrition have helped me stay focused and consistent even through life’s changes.

Over the past few months, I’ve been able to knock off some of those “bonus pounds” while also building more muscle strength and energy. Tightening up my nutrition and increasing my movement has made such a difference — not just physically, but mentally too.

This journey has now been 11 years in the making, and you better believe there have been ups and downs along the way. But through it all, I’ve stayed committed to my health, maintained a 50 lb weight loss, and added over 10 lbs of muscle. 🙌

Progress doesn’t happen overnight. It happens through small choices, consistency, support, and refusing to quit on yourself.

And honestly? I’m still growing, learning, and working on becoming stronger every season of life.

THANKFUL
I focus on the good of the community and my neighbours. The ones who have checked in to see if we are ok or offer help. To the kindness of @n.t.spiker @apassionforfashioninc for this stunning bracelet of gems which I have been wearing ever since. Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day 🕯️

Today is a day that holds a special place in my heart.

Having experienced two miscarriages myself, I know that pregnancy loss is a kind of grief that can be difficult to put into words. There are dreams, hopes, and so much love wrapped up in a little life, even when we never get the chance to hold that baby in our arms.

Today, I’m thinking of all the parents who have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss, or the heartbreak of saying goodbye far too soon. The grief may look different for each of us, but every loss matters, every baby matters, and every parent’s experience deserves to be acknowledged.

Sometimes, people don’t know what to say. Sometimes, the world moves on while our hearts are still holding on. And sometimes, we carry a quiet sadness alongside the beautiful lives we are blessed to live.

If today is hard for you, please know you are not alone. Your baby is not forgotten. Your love was real, and it always will be. ❤️

Tonight, at 7 p.m., we light a candle for the little ones who will forever hold a place in our hearts, joining families around the world in a Wave of Light. 🕯️

For the babies we never got to know, the ones we never got to bring home, and the ones we will love for the rest of our lives. Forever loved. Forever missed. Never forgotten. 🩷

Beyond grateful to get to spend Thanksgiving with my parents and my boys. In all the crazy that life is throwing, even in the chaos of the boys craziness I am forever grateful.
