Come and join us for pizza, beer and good times at @timbertaptaproomandbrewery tomorrow from 5-7:30.

And in case you didn’t know, the Timber Tap is the only location you can find our pizza daily. They are our exclusive partner in bar pies and we can’t thank them enough for continuing to believe in us and our product. Unlike the fresh from the truck pizzas we serve, these pies begins more cracker-like and have almost no flop. The chew is more crunchy and crispy, but the fermentation, the flavor and the wood fired flavor are all built into these amazing pies. So of you’ve not stopped in for a pie there when we’re not there, you should. They serve the following:

When abundance is taken for granted, gratitude often slips away. It’s only when we remember that what we treat as ordinary is extraordinary to most of the world that we truly rediscover how fortunate we are.

If we pause the storm of words, we can rediscover how lucky we are just to be here, together. Gratitude isn’t passive; it’s a step toward seeing past the chaos and choosing to build something better, together.

I think what we’re touching on is the power of a shared mindset. Amid the intensity and division we’ve seen, it’s easy to fall into a cycle of outrage and comparison. But what if we flipped that script? When we step back and reflect on the sheer luck of the freedoms, resources, and opportunities we do have—even when things are imperfect—that perspective shift can guide our actions. It doesn’t mean ignoring problems; it means tackling them from a place of grounded appreciation. We can tone down rhetoric not by diminishing issues, but by recognizing that our shared fortune—no matter how uneven—gives us a starting point to do better, for each other and for those who have less. It’s an invitation to slow down, acknowledge our luck, and build from there.

In the spirit of a healthy distraction, let’s flood the zone with dog posts—enough to drown out the toxic noise on the internet for a bit.

We can all agree we don’t deserve these companions. They endure just about anything and still give us unending love and trust.

And let’s be honest… with some of the ugliness we’re seeing in our streets from people and on our screens from politicians, we’re acting more like animals than they are. I believe we’re better than this—but I know my dogs are.

So let’s do it. Flood the zone with photos of your dogs, your pups, your dawgs. 🐾
