Make Dango with me! Recipe is on the video ✅

This makes around 24 pieces/12g per ball!

💡TIPS:
1️⃣If you want a lighter color for the dango, use a little bit of matcha/hojicha powder. It becomes darker once u boil it!

2️⃣ I find it easier to form balls if you add a little bit of oil on your palms!

3️⃣ add water gradually cause different brands of flour absorb water differently.

Recipe based from @matchawithclaire 🥰

Spent more than an hour making this just for the ube stars. All bcos I saw someone made banana stars on their drink 🤣⭐️ the things we do for ✨aesthetic✨

The ube cream top is giving major Caramia Ube Cake vibes, so the effort was validated. Ube + Matcha = elite tier combo. 🍵💜

Anyone else loving this combo?? 👌

IKR Monday nanaman 🫠, but at least Hana Premium S2 is here to comfort me 🫡

Used to love the first version when cold-whisked, but this one is on another level! 🔛🔝

As a latte, the dry aroma of sweet corn and buttery notes flutters and turns nutty when whisked. The taste notes start with a sweetcorn & buttery taste and finishes with roasted nutty flavors. Hints bitterness and zero astringency with soymilk. Cold-whisked or hot-whisked this one wins and needs no sweetener. Absolutely smooth finish and easy to froth ✨

🤟🏼One of the upgrades of this version: aside from the amplified (amplified?!) nutty notes, it still stands out even with creative drinks ✅ Def a bolder and better version.

Don’t forget to catch the restock this Sept 30 at 7 PM!!

Ps. Gifted but thoughts are mine. Taste may vary.

postura ko vs soundtrip ko ang atake. Hiningal ako sa lyrics 😭😂 ty for this (challenging) request @matchasu.jech 🤩 Happy weekend young stunnas!!!

Made S’mores Hojicha Latte for tahday! First time ko rin gumawa ng s’mores and I LOVED IT🫡 have u tried this combo yet?

✨My takeaway for today’s drink sa may pake✨

1. Use full cream milk for your cream top since it has higher percentage of fat - thicker
2. Better to use milk chocolate for your s’mores! I used 100% dark choc from Auro di siya natunaw 😭😂

robust flavor (robust?!) but low caffeine??? Yes pls! Lately iba na tong HR and acid reflux ko sooo been into hojicha 😂

First impressions:
- easy to whisk & medium roast
- in loveeee with the roasty aroma
- smooth & not astringent
- gets easily thinned out with huge ice!
