📍 Hopscotch in Portland, OR

🧡❤️🩷💜💙💚💛🩵

Fun, innovative, interactive, art installations in PNW! I honestly had so much fun! I love museums & I try to attend many interactive ones, but this one takes the 🍰 for my top 2 standing along with Japan’s TeamLab. The price is totally worth it. I recommend purchasing online first, as it still sells out especially weekends. Now, go have fun!

📍TeMari handroll pop-up in SF, CA

🍣🍣🍣🍣

Korean - Japanese hand rolls for $65?! Say less! Pop ups are only Sunday and Mondays (2 dinner seatings) by reservations. Menu changes weekly based on fresh fish. I recommend adding the extra add on dish. This time it was the uni glass creamy pasta. It was delicious! Thank you Andy & staff for a memorable experience. I can’t wait to be back.

📍 Hanshin Pocha in Oakland, CA

🥢🍴🥃🥩🦀🍚

Korean cuisine with a lively atmosphere. Came here to try their marinated raw crabs, which is highly recommended! Loved their other dishes, especially paired with soju! 🍻 Open til’ late!

📍Mikiya Waygu Shabu House in Santa Clara, CA

AYCE waygu shabu that offers premium tiers based on your preference. The soup broths are enriching packed with ingredients. My favorite is the sukiyaki broth. I love that there is a vegetable bar, Waygu beef rice station, ice cream, soda, drinks, & even boba! I ate so much to stuff myself and it’s totally worth the price.

📍KÉYA @juniperpreserve in Bend, OR

🦀🐟🐙🦐🦪🍸🍴🍰

A gastronomic indigenous tasting menu that showcases ancestral dishes using native ingredients. Their menus are seasonal & do not have substitutes for dishes. We were able to have a sensory experience of the depths of the oceans from the dishes to the cocktail pairing. Such a wonderful experience located in a beautiful resort approx 25 minutes from downtown.

📍TikTok grapes in San Jose, CA

🍇🍬🍇🍬🍇🍬🍇🍬

I literally had a dream on Sunday I was eating candy coated frozen grapes so I reached out to @littlemissgrapesj and purchased 3 flavors. The infamous TikTok grapes are here in the Bay! This was the perfect combo for sweet & refreshing. Kelly is such a sweetheart and can answer any questions. She has daily sales or you can order ahead. I’ll definitely be ordering more soon.

Let me know your thoughts if you tried this!

📍Fig & Honey in Portland, OR

🍓🫐🫒🥖🌹🕯️🍃

I’ve posted about this small business charcuterie board business previously, but look at this amazing graze board. The owner flew out to California to create the most beautiful board. Look how much thought and detail was placed. If you’re in Oregon or would like her business to come to you, contact @figandhoney.portland. I sure will.
