A recent score that I wanted to post out of the many scores this year, which I might eventually get to posting, maybe. This is a vintage 80's Jordu Schell Weirdom Plutonian mask. I am not sure how many copies are out there aside from this one and Rudy's. I really enjoy a lot of Jordu's early work, so when @crimsonghostmaskroom had this for sale, I couldn't pass on it, especially with it being an extraterrestrial from another world! He will fit nicely with all of my other sci-fi creatures, though I need to get him foamed ASAP due to some areas with cracking latex and a few holes.

Hi, y'all! It has been a bit since I've posted; I'm trying to get in the habit of doing it again. Over the few months, I've been able to score some of the coolest stuff. For now, here's a group photo of masks and characters from the 1980s - arguably the most exciting decade for horror fans and some neat masks coming out during the decade. Enjoy the weekend!!! 🤙

This mask was already posted once, but I figured I'd make a post just about it. This is my original 1976 Don Post Studios Spock mask. It was in pretty bad shape when I received it, with it being folded in a plastic bag for decades before being found by Joshua Warren.
I sent the mask to be foam filled by Dante, and he did an awesome job with the foam fill and repairing the hair as well. With the mention of Joshua Warren, this Spock is also the one that was found alongside his mint 1975 Don Post Captain Kirk mask. Enjoy! 🖖

Happy October 1st, y'all! The season begins with creepy monsters and ghouls coming out from shadows. Only 30 more days until the big day!
Here are a few quick photos I took of a rehauled 'Trick or Treat Studios' Halloween 4 mask. This mask was painted and haired by @rmh.studios - with the neck extension cut off and glued on the mask like the original one seen in Halloween 4.
I wasn't such a big fan of this sculpt when it came out, but I hopped onto the bandwagon to finally get one. I got this with the addition of a Trick Or Treat Studios Halloween 4 knife that was bloodied up by @brutality_arts.
Amazing pieces from both artists, and the mask looks strikingly similar to the one seem in the 1988 film; especially with it on my Halloween 4 bust. Hope you guys have a great fall this year, and I can't wait to post more as Halloween nears. Enjoy! 🎃🔪🍂

I've been meaning to post these pictures for a bit.
This is a 'Trick Or Treat Studios' "Snake Mummy" ressurection of the original Don Post Studios "Snake Mummy".
This, along with many other Don Post classics are being released, some coming in the new year - which I'm grabbing all of their vinyl releases, so I'm excited for that!
I love this mask and was a mask I've wanted for a while since I saw it on Halloween 4 in the drug store scene.
I was close to pulling the trigger on an original or a Tharps thick copy of this mask, but that one sold fast. So, for now, this is what will be it until I can find a thicker copy out there.
Enjoy! 🐍💀

I was finally able to score one of these for pretty cheap as well! Only $30 second hand. This is a 'Trick or Treat Studios' x 'Illusive Concepts' Jason Goes to Hell '93 mask.
This is another re-release of a classic 90's mask that was originally produced by 'Illusive Concepts'. The paint job on these is awesome!
This mask and many others have been re-released by ToTs, and I love the fact that they're bringing back classic masks; though I wish ToTs made collector edition masks meaning thicker copies with no holes cut in the masks.
I scored this mask at a market, and it came with a header tag, but I took it off carefully and stored it with the Jason mask.
I'm going to pick up another extra copy to foam fill.
Happy Friday the 13th y'all! 🔪

Took some shots of this grail mask. Here is Lee Romaire's 'Whitey' mask. I believe this mask was completely a ground up sculpt, made in 2004 by Emmy-Award winning artist Lee Romaire.
I absolutely love Romaire's independent masks that he's made, including this one, along with his 'Second Stab' Myers sculpt.
This 'Whitey' is copy #4 from the original run - though I do not know how many were originally made. If any veteran collectors out there know, I would love to learn anything about this mask.
This mask was painted by James Carter in 2010, and the paint is absolutely amazing, considering how old the mask is.
The mask was also rehaired, but the signature is one that I do not recognize, and I will probably show the signature in groups to track down who did the hair.
Another sweet thing about this mask was that it was signed by the director of 'Halloween 1978': John Carpenter!!!
I'm not a fan of people signing masks on the outside, but I'm glad with having John's signature.
I will try to take a picture of Romaire's 'Whitey' and his 'Second Stab' masks as I've completed his Myers masks set; two very hard masks to find.
One thing that I've noticed (probably unintentional) is that this sculpt is very reminiscence of the Halloween 2 look, while the 'Second Stab' has the Halloween 1 look. Enjoy! 🎃

A vintage mask that I have had for quite some time. This is a Don Post Studios 1985 "The Mask". This mask is mostly original, with only the hair being redone by James Carter. The rest of the mask has slowly aged and yellowed over time.
I got this mask from a seller who was also selling his original Halloween 6 movie mold; I'm not sure if it was ever sold or not!
The neck of this mask has been reinforced with tape on the inside to prevent the neck of the mask from warping or rotting.
"The Mask" was the unofficial replica from Don Post Studios to replicate Michael Myers, as Don Post didn't have the licensing to call it Michael Myers.
I'm a firm believer that the 1984/1985 "The Mask" was either used someway to make the Halloween 4 mask, or at the very least it inspired the look for the Halloween 4 mask; especially with the painted eyebrows.
I will try to hunt for an original copy without the yellowed paint and original hair. 👻

I'm back at it again with showing off more of the collection. Here is a neat and largely available mask for now. From Trick Or Treat Studios, a John Landis film 'An American Werewolf In London' WarMonger mask.
This beautiful and sick mask was sculpted by Mikey Rotella. It was also approved by legend Rick Baker himself, which is super neat!
This mask is completely stock paint, and I will probably end up sending this mask to be foam filled to preserve it. Thought I say this mask is largely available it has been discontinued since 2023 but can still be seen being sold secondhand or through retailers of TOTs.
I got this mask on a bid from Mask Wizard himself, David Lady. Thank you Dr.Lady for another neat piece for the collection. Enjoy!

Here is "The Wolfman" mask from the 2010 remake, featuring the likeness of Benicio del Toro as The Wolfman. This mask, which is a Ghoulish Productions mask of The Wolfman, was repainted and rehaired by David Lady and Laura Lady, who both did a phenomenal job with this. Hope y'all enjoy! 🐺

A new score for the collection! This is a replica mask of Steve Neill's and Distortions Unlimited 'Seemore' mask. This guy is huge and one of my favorite sci-fi pieces that I own currently.
This 'Seemore' mask is a ground up sculpt made by the talented @fram_dam over at Chris Stephens Creations. I would highly recommend checking out their work, especially anyone who is a Star Wars fan. Phenomenal work, Chris!
The Distortions Unlimited 'Seemore' is seen in the Vincent Drug Store scene in "Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers" when Jamie is looking through a selection of halloween costumes and masks.
Some of the other masks seen are a B.S.S. Drac, a B.S.S. Vanilla Gorilla, a Traveler's CO. Drac, a D.P. Snake Mummy, a D.P. Tor Johnson, a D.P. Erik, and an unknown black gorilla mask; my guess is a Traveler's CO. gorilla. I still have a lot of the VDS masks to look for as to complete the lineup. Shout out to @whitemaskcollector for helping me source some of my H4 masks, including the Damned88 seen in the last photo. 🤟👽👾👁
