Working out like you always have…but your body suddenly changed the rules without sending the memo? 😭

Bloating. Body composition changes. Low energy. Poor sleep. Perimenopause can show up in ways we don’t always immediately connect to hormones.

My patient shares how she was feeling BEFORE HRT versus how she’s feeling now. 🙌🏽
